Long term variegated project exploring the Olympic Park’s changing fringes through foraging, film and events. Guerrilla gathering in the host boroughs, the company are collecting the last wild harvest of the Olympic zone. The project plays on these fruit’s ‘Olympian’ qualities, drawing on nutritional advertising, quackery, alchemy, local history/folklore to create mythic products (sloe gin Olympic Spirit, life’s elixir) and dramatic back-stories. Working with diverse curators and producers on various independent outings/incarnations of the project from multi media events, theatrical stalls and tours: LIFT (Breakfast of Champions), Art Projx (East London Line), CABE and Natural England (Discovering the Greenway), Home Live Art and V&A (Alternative Village Fetes), Lee Valley Regional Park and local community groups (foraging events).
